DESCRIPTION
Ceramax Skin Barrier Cream is a pH neutral cream dressing formulated for the relief of pain, burning and itching associated with various dermatoses, including atopic dermatitis and radiation dermatitis.
INGREDIENTS
Water, Phospholipon 90H, Methyl cellulose, Glycerol, Palmitic acid, Cholesterol, MEA PC-104 (Ceramide), Dimethicone, Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Xanthan gum, Methyl parahydroxybenzoate , Propyl parahydroxybenzoate, and Sodium hydroxide
INDICATIONS FOR USE
Under the supervision of a health care practitioner, Ceramax is intended to be used as a topical skin care preparation to relieve and to manage the burning and itching associated with various dermatoses including atopic dermatitis, irritant contact dermatitis, radiation dermatitis, and other dry skin conditions, by maintaining a moist wound and skin environment.
Ceramax may be used to relieve dry waxy skin by maintaining a moist wound and skin environment, which is beneficial to the healing process.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Known hypersensitivity to any of the Ceramax Skin Barrier Cream ingredients.
PRECAUTIONS
Ceramax Skin Barrier Cream is to be used only as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not use to treat any condition other than that for which it is prescribed. Do not use if the inner seal is missing. If a reaction to Ceramax Skin Barrier Cream suggesting sensitivity or chemical irritation occurs, use of the product should be discontinued and the prescribing healthcare practitioner consulted.
